- Handful of Spinach
- Handful of Kale
- Half an Frozen Avocado
- 1 tsp Mighty Matcha
- 1-2 Dates

Green Goodness CBD Smoothie Bowl
Smoothie bowls are all over the ‘gram these days. Purple, pink, blue, green — there’s no shortage of beautifully prepared bowls of smoothie goodness to feast your eyes on while you scroll through social. But CBD smoothie bowls could provide even more benefit.
First, it’s important to address one problem: a lot of these smoothie bowls are packed with sugar. While it’s a natural form of sugar, many recipes can still lead to energy spikes (and crashes) due to all the extras that are piled on. Often, the whole bowl is focused on sweetness, being loaded with calories from carbs vs. protein or fats.
The good news is that you can easily adjust a smoothie bowl to be more well rounded, ie. more balanced nutrients, the addition of superfoods and grasses, and turning to a healthy protein supplement that adds a healthy dose of extra macros.
How to Make a CBD Smoothie Bowl Healthy
Following the above, smoothie Bowls can be a great source of fiber, protein and healthy fats. They are great to enjoy after a workout or even to kick start your day. They are also a great way to get your daily fruits and veggies at the start of the day.
