The Simple Truth About Simple Syrup
Simple syrup is a common sweetener ingredient found on bar carts, kitchen counters and bakery shelves all over the world. In plain English, simple syrup is essentially just liquid sugar. Plain, unflavored simple syrup consists of equal parts water and sugar. That’s it! Of course for our recipe, we’re jazzing things up with and adding a little flavor with help from Brothers Apothecary Hemp CBD Teas. Keep reading for how to make our CBD Tea Simple Syrup!*
Why You’ll Love It
With just three ingredients, this CBD Tea Simple Syrup is probably our simplest recipe. What’s great about this recipe (besides the fact that it’s beyond simple to make) is that you can customize it to your heart’s content. This recipe is fantastic with a range of teas from matcha to oolong, but we suggest starting with your favorite teas first. My personal favorite? The Brothers Highbiscus Hemp CBD Tea. Even though simple syrup is most commonly found in drink recipes (alcoholic and zero-proof alike), you can use this CBD Tea Simple Syrup for so much more. Try it on top of pancakes, waffles or french toast. Stir into tea cocktails or tea lattes, add a dash to some sparkling water, drizzle over a scoop of ice cream or a bowl of greek yogurt or bottle it up and give as a gift!*
