I have tinnitus and nothing helped me I tried several different products. I take one capsule a nigh and I'm out. If I need I'll take 2 capsules a night to ensure a goods night rest. The tinnitus will not go away, but at least now I can fall asleep and get a goods night rest.

This & the Chai Awakening are my favorites so far. The creamy drink is really soothing and just is another level of relaxation beyond the teas. A little goes a long way (I probably only use half of the recommended Tablespoon size serving), and it makes the bag last longer. The nutmeg taste is dominant for me, so it kind of reminds me of pumpkin pie but it's not overpowering. The blue color is very pretty and makes it a visually appealing evening treat.
