It is the combination of all the spices that elevates this Spiced Cacao to a great sipping drink - cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, and clove. Although it does contain cayenne, and I generally don't like spicy heat, the cayenne was not overwhelming, but just gave it a little kick. I used warm almond milk with the Spiced Cacao to create a soothing elixir. It is not overly sweet so I also added a little stevia, as well as a few chocolate shavings to intensify the chocolatey flavor.
