This really does have "real" pumpkin flavor which is rare. Usually, pumpkin products are mixed with those spices typically associated with fall. This tea is different. The pumpkin stands on its own and is flavorful. This has a different spice flavor that isn't overpowering. BA chose the right spices to compliment this without ruining the "real" pumpkin flavor. In addition (to quote Sarah B.), "it has a rich and nutty" flavor. Wish I had bought the 3-pack instead of the one.

This worked wonders for me. To me it has a cinnamon smell and light flavor, light blue in color when mixed with whole milk. I went to bed very relaxed!

I work in retail, so it can be a high stress environment, especially during the holidays. Got the small bottle to try on work days. I've noticed I don't get stressed out about much any more, my coworkers have even noticed a huge difference. I'm also not nearly as exhausted when I get home because I'm not getting all stressed out. It's a win-win. Will be ordering the big bottle soon!
