This is one of my favorite! I work in an environment where stress is inevitable so it was important for me to find a release that was sustainable and healthy for my body and mind. I take 2 of these in the morning and if needed, another 2 in the afternoon and I just love how these have the calming feeling that cbd is known for but also gives you a little boost that doesn’t make you feel jittery. This is officially on my daily supplement rotation now!

I received the 21 capsule bottle in a Yogi Surprise box, and have been surprisingly happy with the results. I already take Rhodiola with my coffee each morning (a discovery a few years ago as my personal cure for depression). These capsules are a "supercharge" on top of the clarity I was already feeling.
