I really like this roller with the Lavender and I use it before bed. It is soothing as aromatherapy and relaxing and helps my arthritis pain in my neck.
I also use the Painaway roller for my neck. They both give me relief. I like how convenient the roller is and not having to get the liquid on my fingers.

It's been difficult to find a product that delivers on a regular basis. My problem has been that I often develop a tolerance and end up back at square one. Making things even more challenging is the fact that we live in a time where microwave radiation is everywhere which seriously impacts quality sleep. I don't get to bed as early as I should which is a key factor in helping to get quality sleep. This product has helped significantly. I believe the combination of ingredients they chose for this has made it uniquely effective. If anyone is unsure of whether they want to purchase a full bottle, buying the small trial bottle is a great way to test out a product. Besides, LOVE those little bottles. And they can be used for other things.

LOVE this balm! I mainly use it as a chapstick, but I’ve used it for dry patches on my face as well. The non plastic packaging is a huge bonus, it’s big enough where you don’t lose it easily but small enough to still put in your pocket.

Never tried matcha before, been trying to go a different way instead of having many cups of coffee but this rose matcha with just a little bit of raw sugar was not what I expected it was different but I loved it 🙂 even my husband that isn't a fan of teas liked it, 100% going to be something I keep on hand helped wake me up in a slow nice way and tasted great. Love many of the brothers apothecary tea but this is now one of my favorite ones ❤
