This has started to be a regular for me on most nights. I've started back with my sealfit (go to the website to see what they are) workouts and I'm also dealing with recpvery from a nagging shoulder labrum tear. This stuff has been great to help me get quality sleep and lower my occasional aches and pain. I highly recommend.

This honey is just perfect. I love putting it in my tea in the evening. These CBD capsules have totally changed the way I sleep, and I've been taking them for about a year now. I take one capsule every night about 30 minutes before bed, and I find that I'm able to fall asleep effortlessly, without feeling groggy or off in the morning. As an on-call medical professional who sometimes needs to wake up and be sharp in the middle of the night, I've found that even in those situations I'm not impaired at all (though I don't recommend it, ha). I *always* keep these in supply.
