Seriously: I have very bad MCAS (mast cell activation disorder) and severe, sometimes intractable IBS-D, I am on prescribed sole source formula much of the time just so I can keep enough food in me, it's so bad. I got this as part of the digestive discount package, and IT REALLY WORKS, it totally calms down my gut when it's cramping up and dealing with excessive motility... it seems to regulate my MCAS flares in general. I really did not expect it to do this and I was honestly a little scared it might make it worse. I need to order more of this because it was such a soothing godsend! The herbs in here are not constipating so if that's your problem it probably won't make it worse, these are just very soothing herbs that seem to just calm down the stress my gut is in all the time and help it to do its job peacefully. I don't feel anything mentally or physically from the small dose of CBD, it just works on my gut.
