This has helped both myself and my teenager with chronic pain and acute injuries. I used it when I tore both of my rotator cuffs within a week of each other and ended up in the ER, unable to even turn the key in the car ignition to drive myself to the hospital. This stuff is a big part of why I healed so quickly and was able to avoid getting frozen shoulder from immobilization. It is very warming and soothing, smells amazing (a kind of warm/spicy smell, NOT like menthol), and feels like it is relaxing the nerves as well as the muscles. My kid uses it for a repetitive strain injury on the hand. I'm actually here because they said "hey mom, we're out of the pain roller and I NEED THIS." Some of the best pain stuff I've used!

The Lemon Ginger Honey Drops are an easy way to take very healthy, helpful ingredients and get the CBD needed for pain. I was very pleased with them even though I've previously had difficulty with some ginger products. These are great!!
