My wife has a difficult time sleeping due to occasional pain, tingling and numbness in her arms and legs from nerve compression and sciatica. Out of all the treatments she has tried, this is the one thing that helps her get to sleep and stay asleep every single night. I cannot imagine her life for the last year or so without it. One of the best parts of this sleep aid is that she can wake up without the dizzy or foggy feeling that prescription medications leave behind. The capsules themselves have a smell that is a little strong, but they don't have a bad taste.
