This is a great tea. Very warming and inviting like a hug. I added a half spoon on honey and didn't even need it. The tea comes with it's own sweetness already blended in. Definitely a great option for the cold fall nights as of late. Will be getting more soon.

This stuff is magical for sleep - puts my body in TOTAL relaxation, no muscle spasms, increased REM, wake up feeling refreshed. I steep it for a longtime and then resteep it again to get the most out of it. HEMP is a miracle plant and the taste is also delicious.
