Love this product! I’ve always been a huge fan of warm milk before bedtime, to help sleep and sooth tummy troubles. Blue Moon Milk is fantastic. Tastes wonderful and I sleep like a baby! I’ve re ordered a few times and will again.

We bought these to help with “in the moment” anxiety that sometimes comes up in daily life. These have been so incredibly helpful and really take the anxiety down a few notches, when it gets tough!
