I have tried many products to help with my sleep quality. Getting to sleep, and staying asleep has been an issue for me. This product has helped tremendously! If I forget to take it and wake in the middle of the night, I have even combined it with Canna Caps and find it works great and when I awake, I feel like I have rested deeply. I bought the small 1 oz bottle and will be purchasing a bigger supply next time.
