Has a really nice flavor and helps relax in the Evening. I can get two or 3 cups out of one bag.. I start drinking early a couple hrs before bed and I fall right asleep..
These are really good! I find that taking one before bed & one around lunch keeps my energy (& vitality, lol) very steady!! I travel a lot for work, and these help me stay alert when driving long-distances, and keep that "worn-down" feeling at bay!! Have just ordered a bigger bottle!!
