It's a solid protein powder but I like to add collagen for added benefits. I use almond milk, beef collagen powder, and a banana and it seems to provide quite a tasty result. To be honest in my personal taste, the chocolate is a bit mild and not as pronounced as I would imagine but it's still a great product. The fact that you can add this powder to any concoction you like is what makes this powder awesome. After a few months of using this, I found that my favorite is to add this to a homemade hot chocolate to really bring out that flavor!
