Some people may hold back on ginger because of it's spicy warmth but I assure you this honey does a great job of balancing out the ginger and lemon together. It's delicious and I love adding this to a cup of juiced lemon water. Ginger and lemon have incredible properties to help your body push toxins and boost immunity. Sometimes I'll consume one packet of honey for an energy boost if I'm experiencing a lull in my day. The flavors are very well balanced and worth every drizzle!!

This sweet and tasty honey is such a staple to have. I find that one packet provides just enough to drizzle over a breakfast bowl without being too much. Not only that but I like to brew about 3 cups of tea in a pitcher and for my preference, one packet is also just perfect to combine. Lastly, when I am working or experiencing a mid-day lull, one packet is a yummy snack to get a little boost in my day. Very enjoyable and tasty. It would be awesome if this honey could be sold in a bigger jar! *insert drooling emoji here*

Love the lavender taste. I'll use this in various teas as part of my night time wind down. Lavender has so many wonderful properties that not only benefit the body but also promotes a sense of calm. What's really nice about this product is that it is not overpowering-- in fact it's just right.
