Overnight Oats
Overnight oats are a delicious, portable, satisfying breakfast that you can assemble in a flash and enjoy the next morning. In fact, make up a big batch on Sunday night so you’ll have breakfast all week! Heart-healthy whole grain oats are the base of this breakfast, but the real stars of the show are the delicious toppings, mix-ins and of course that golden ribbon of rich CBD honey.*
A Hearty Breakfast
Oats are among the healthiest grains on earth! They’re a naturally gluten-free whole grain, and a fantastic source of important vitamins, minerals, fibers and antioxidants. Oats are high in nutrients, heart-healthy carbohydrates and fiber, making them a perfect breakfast option to keep you full and focused till lunchtime. Research even shows that whole oats may help lower blood pressure by increasing the body’s natural production of nitric oxide, the gas molecule that helps dilate blood vessels and control blood flow. Oats are also believed to help lower cholesterol levels, in turn reducing the risk of heart attack and stroke.*
Health Benefits of CBD Honey
Besides tasting great, raw honey is an amazing source of antioxidants and has natural antibacterial and anti-fungal properties. Honey actually naturally contains the antiseptic agent hydrogen peroxide. Raw honey is also chock full of phytonutrients, which are derived from plants and contain their own antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits. Honey can help soothe a sore throat and quiet a noisy cough. Finally, honey can also soothe digestive issues from ulcers to upset tummies. Brothers Wild Rosin Honey is hand crafted using full-spectrum hemp rosin and lovingly blended with sustainable, ethically harvested raw wildflower honey for a terpene rich, flavor-packed boost of sweetness.*
