Absolutely wonderful product. Too small a dose of melatonin to make you groggy the next morning, awaken refreshed and having had amazing rest. Valerian and cbd being natural muscle relaxants juat makes it that much better. Soooo great when I'm in a lot of pain and having trouble sleeping. Highly recommend. Perfect blend of ingredients. Also heads up the skullcap gives me very vivid crazy dreams😅
